Launched in 2024 on Women’s Day, the campaign embraced 10 videos featuring interviews with 10 women from our organization in positions of responsibility. Each protagonist discussed key topics for women’s leadership, including career development, equal opportunities, and work-life balance.
The campaign aimed to showcase real stories of overcoming barriers to inspire other women and advocate for equality in business. Here’s a brief summary of what our protagonists shared.

Which is also confirmed by Marta Sebastiá, International Consulting Manager, who shares her experience finding gender-neutral recruitment processes at FI.
Flora Burkic, Country Manager at FI Group Belgium, describes FI as a modern company committed to gender equality, inspired by mothers in managerial roles. We would like to thank these remarkable women for their participation, and invite you to watch the videos.
The Event – FI Women: Leading the Change
The ‘FI Women: Leading the Change’ event was held on March 7 in Madrid to conclude the campaign. This brought together top female clients with the protagonists of FI Women videos for an engaging evening of conversation, wine, and networking.
Supported by the management, including founding partner Xavier Cazabón and CEO María Corominas, the event commenced with Corominas sharing insights into her professional journey and FI Group’s evolution. She underscored FI’s commitment to equal opportunities regardless of gender, reflecting on the company’s diverse leadership.
Following Corominas’ address, a roundtable discussion on women in business and leadership was moderated by Almudena Losilla and Fran Barquero. Joining in were esteemed guests including Dolores Peña from Accenture and Adelaida Sacristán from the COTEC Foundation, as well as FI Group’s Marta Sebastiá.
The lively debate’s topics ranged from differences between male and female leadership to the challenges faced by women in their career development and the representation of women in STEM fields. The discussion provided diverse perspectives, with audience participation enriching the dialogue.
In summary, the speakers identified key challenges for women in leadership positions, including social stereotyping, the glass and cement ceilings blocking advancement, lack of role models, and challenges in striking a balance between their work and family. The event concluded with a networking session, creating connections and leaving attendees inspired by the powerful messages exchanged throughout the evening.
